Many of the EU legal acts incorporated into the EEA Agreement must be transposed into Liechtenstein law. In order to ensure timely implementation, the EEA Coordination Unit draws up the so called "EWR-Arbeitsliste every six months in cooperation with the experts from the Liechtenstein National Administration and the Ministries. The Government adopts the EWR-Arbeitsliste and the implementation measures and timetables set out therein by Government Decision.
