EEA/EU legal advice for the Government and Offices

In an administration increasingly affected by EEA law, the EEA Coordination Unit is the central point of contact for EEA law issues. In this context, the EEA Coordination Unit prepares expert opinions on behalf of the Government and participates in various working groups in an advisory capacity or as chair. The chairmanship of the Financial Market Regulation Consultation Group should be mentioned here.

Another central task of the EEA Coordination Unit is to impart EEA law knowledge to all national employees who come into contact with EEA law through their work. To this end, the EEA Coordination Unit organises annual EEA training courses for all national employees and ongoing specific EEA training courses for the experts of the Liechtenstein National Administration.
