This service group is responsible for the following areas:
- Providing state schools with capital equipment and facilities as needed
- Cooperation and user representation in school construction projects
- Planning and funding of pupil feeder services
- Accounting and budget control in the area of material administration
- Leadership of the operating committees and management of the staff of the indoor swimming pool SZU and the youth center Malbun
