Electronic catalog
The contracting authorities may stipulate that the tenders shall be submitted in the form of an electronic catalog or must include an electronic catalog if electronic means of communication are mandatory. These offers may be accompanied by other, supplementary documents. The electronic catalog must comply with the requirements for electronic means of communication as well as other provisions specified by the contracting entity. The electronic catalog may also be used when concluding framework agreements and for contracts to be awarded on the basis of a dynamic procurement system (Article 25d ÖAWG or Article 36d ÖAWSG). The other provisions are governed by Article 28c ÖAWV and Article 33c ÖAWSV, respectively.
