Direct award
A direct award is permitted according to Article 26 ÖAWV Ordinance on Public Procurement or Article 31 ÖAWSV Ordinance on Public Procurement in the Sectors maximum up to a contract value of CHF 100,000, for all construction, supply and service contracts. The contract must be awarded at arm's length conditions. A announcement may be dispensed with.
