National announcements
In the area of national thresholds, contracts awarded in the open, non-open procedure, competitive dialogue, or in the context of a innovation partnership are awarded, by means of a public announcement (advertisement) in the Liechtenstein official publication organs in German by the contractor (Artikel 17, Absatz 1 ÖAWV).
The content of the notice is governed by Article 16, paragraph 2 ÖAWV.
For the preparation of the public notices, depending on the type contractor, the following template shall be used:
The result of procurement procedures shall be published in the official publication organ in the case of negotiated, open, restricted procedures as well as competitive dialogue or innovation partnership by means of the notice "Notice of Contracts Awarded". For the preparation of these notices, depending on the type contracting authority, the following template shall be used:
