Use of public land
A permit from the Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation is required for the use of public land (main roads and municipal roads), for example, by scaffolding, deposits or construction site installations.
The Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation issues instructions to construction companies for the signalization of the construction site (Art. 79ff SSV).
The use of public land may only be commenced after the permit and the traffic order of the Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation have been issued.
