Road connection Vaduz - Triesen

In its decision of February 15, 2022, the government ruled on the environmental compatibility of the "Vaduz - Triesen road link" project. In accordance with Art. 15 Para. 1 UVPG, LGBl. 2014 No. 19 as amended, the Office of Environment must make the following information available to the public without delay:

a)  the content of the decision on environmental compatibility and the requirements, conditions and time limits associated with the decision;

b)  the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based, including information on the public participation procedure; this shall also include a summary of the results of any relevant information received in the course of the procedure, in particular pursuant to Article 11(2), and how it has been taken into account;

c)  where necessary, a description of the main measures taken to avoid, mitigate and, where possible, compensate for significant adverse effects;
