Building cabling

Building cabling is the section from the building entry point (usually in the basement or utility room) to the optical telecommunication outlet (OTO) in the home or commercial premises. The cabling must be professionally installed by an electrician or telecoms installer. The costs for this conversion must always be borne by the building owner.
