The next Equal Opportunity Award will be held in the fall of 2024.

The Equal Opportunities Award 2022 went to the project "SOS Heart Box" of the association SOS Children's Village Liechtenstein.
The two recognition awards went to the Network Liechtenstein for the project "Network Liechtenstein" and to the association Zeitvorsorge Liechtenstein with the project "Nachbarschaftshilfe".

The restaurant "Salt + Pepper" has employed a young cook for a year. The young man has been deaf since birth. He attended the school for the deaf in Zurich and then completed training as a chef at a company in Zurich. He graduated from the vocational school for the hearing impaired in Zurich. The communication between the service and the kitchen does not always run optimally. The management therefore decides to offer the employees coaching and an introduction to sign language. The kitchen team receives more intensive training and completes a sign language course...

Intercultural Family Day (135 KB)

The 600 employees of this industrial company come from Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, the Netherlands and Tunisia. At the Family Day, planned for the first time on this scale, there will be culinary and entertainment offerings from these countries. The employees will thus also get to know the other cultures better. The Intercultural Family Day also offers a good presentation opportunity for the company. All employees are allowed to show their workplace to family members on the occasion of a tour of the company...

The Model TAT(174 KB)

Telecommuting and part-time work are combined in our TAT model. The company is initially starting with two pilot jobs. A longtime employee in the administrative area can split her 50 percent workload in half between her presence at work and at home after the birth of her child. A young man who has just become a father and works in research and development can work 40 percent at the company and 50 percent from home for a limited period of three years. The long-term benefit for the company is the retention of know-how, resources and skills. Increased productivity and social skills benefit the company, as does recognition as a progressive employer in the labor market...
