Innovation check

On February 28, 2023, the government approved funds to finance another edition of the Innovation Check (2023 series). In the online switch below you will find the way to the application form.

The aim of this funding program is to make it easier for commercially active Liechtenstein small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enter into continuous research and innovation activities and to remove the inhibition threshold for cooperations with research institutions.

The innovation check is intended to be a start-up aid so that SMEs can also make use of the know-how of research institutes and thus gain access to the latest state of science.

With this check, SMEs can turn to research institutions such as universities of applied sciences, colleges, universities or non-university research institutes for customized research and development services.

This gives SMEs the opportunity to individually consult the best scientific experts in Liechtenstein or worldwide for their innovative ideas and projects.
