General location determination
General location determinations for individual VET programs
Based on the Vocational and Professional Education and Training Act (BBG) of March 13, 2008, Art. 28 Para. 3, in order to ensure the quality of training as a prerequisite for the initial granting of a training permit, the Office for Vocational Education and Career Counseling may order the performance of a location determination on an individual basis or for certain professions in general.
Standing assessments set the course and indicate the further course of education.
A general location determination has been requested and determined for the following vocational training courses:

- Metallbauerin FZ / Metallbauer FZ
- Koch FZ / Köchin FZ
- Restaurantfachmann FZ / Restaurantfachfrau FZ
- Hotelfachfrau FZ / Hotelfachmann FZ
- Hotel-Kommunikationsfachfrau FZ / Hotel-Kommunikationsfachmann FZ
- Systemgastronomiefachfrau FZ / Systemgastronomiefachmann FZ
