Grief after suicide

Survivor Self-Help Meeting

Whoever has lost a person through suicide is grieving. Sometimes the bereaved feel sadness and longing, but also deep insecurity, shame, guilt and sometimes anger. All of these feelings are normal and an important part of the grieving process. The exchange in the self-help group can help to set the normal grieving process in motion and to find one's way back into life.
