Psychologist

The field of activity of the psychologist includes conducting psychodiagnostic assessments, psychological counseling, preparation of psychological reports and certificates, psychological prevention.

Specialist qualification/further training

The professional qualification for the practice of the profession of a psychologist is possessed by those who:

a) holds a consecutive master's degree with a major in psychology from a recognized university or equivalent training, and thereby has sufficient theoretical and scientific knowledge of mental disorders; and

b) demonstrates at least three years of postgraduate practice-oriented activity in the relevant professional field under supervision, half of which must be in a clinic, outpatient clinic or psychosocial institution.

Special features

Psychologistsshall limit the practice of their profession to those psychological fields of work and methods in which they have demonstrably acquired sufficient knowledge and experience.
