Innkeeper exam

The innkeeper examination is the professional prerequisite for the independent practice of the hospitality industry. It consists of the subjects of legal knowledge and food law and hygiene. This examination is held twice a year, in June and November, if there is a sufficient number of interested candidates. The Office of National Economy decides on the organization of the innkeeper examination. The fee for taking the exam is CHF 250.

The Liechtensteiner Hotel- & Gastronomieverband (LHGV) organizes a preparatory course for the innkeeper examination. The Institute BaK GmbH, Mauren has been commissioned with the implementation of the course.
