1418 Coach

1418 Coach the training program for young people between 14 - 18 years.

The three building blocks of the 1418 Coach program:

After completion of the two-day training weekend the youth are eligible to co-lead their club's training sessions. (Assistant leader)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The young people will organize and conduct the trainings together with an experienced leader in the so-called goddess system.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The young people will receive compensation for their work per assignment.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

The next 1418 Coach Course (Polysport) for winter and summer sports will take place in the middle of next year.
