In order to ensure secure e-government services, the state administration is guided in particular by the following principles:

  • All non-public data is treated confidentially.
  • Access to data is granted only to authorized persons.
  • The data flow between customers and administration is based on a secured path.
  • Recognized international standards are observed in the realization of IT solutions.
  • Existing IT solutions are subjected to periodic security audits.

The state administration cannot make the end devices (PC, tablet, smartphone etc.) of its customers more secure.

We therefore recommend that you, as a customer, inform yourself about the secure use of your end device and behave accordingly.
