Legal Services
The Legal Service is responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparing guidelines, directives, and other general regulations for the Office of Education
- Handling complaints
- Processing and providing advice on legislative proposals (laws, regulations)
- Handling legal inquiries from school administrators, teachers, and parents
- Conducting training sessions
- Coordination in the area of recognition of professional qualifications (participation in the EFTA working group, observer status in EU bodies)
- Providing legal advice to foundation boards (art school, music school)
