The Equal Opportunities Unit of the Office of Social Services will be addressing the topic of microaggressions on this year's International Day against Racism on March 21 at 5.45 pm. What exactly is it about? What can we do as a society to gradually break down racist behavior and the associated thought structures? University lecturer and social pedagogue Marc Damon Harvey will address these and other questions in his lecture "Understanding microaggressions". Participants will also be able to join in the discussion and get involved.
