In 2023, the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) introduced the Radiation Portal Switzerland (RPS) for authorisations in the field of radiation protection. Since then, Swiss external users have been able to carry out all transactions for applications, notifications or authorisations directly via this online portal.

The Office of Public Health has recently been connected to the RPS. As a result, all transactions for applications, notifications or authorisations for users in Liechtenstein in the fields of medicine, research and educational institutions / schools are now also carried out directly via the RPS online portal.
