Building application - Request

Submission

Application for building

The application requires a handwritten signature

You can complete the application electronically and thus take advantage of the online form. After entering your application data, you must print out the application, sign it and submit it in paper form to the relevant office.

Among the reasons why an application cannot be submitted electronically are:

  • The application must be signed by more than one person
  • The application must be signed on behalf of one or more legal entities
  • The application must be accompanied by original enclosures.
  • The application or an enclosure must be notarized.

    Important information for printing documents
You need a current version of Adobe Reader to print out the data you have entered correctly. Therefore, please complete the following two steps before using the building application solution:

  • Download the latest version of Adobe Reader via the link http://get.adobe.com/de/reader/ and install the program.
  • Then start the program and answer "Yes" to the question whether Adobe Reader should be declared the default viewer for PDF documents.
  •
If you have already entered an application and wanted to print the data without Adobe Reader installed, you will receive an empty or incorrect PDF document.
In this case, please proceed as follows:
Save the recorded data on your PC/MAC by using the "Save/forward data" menu item at the bottom left
    Close/exit the building application solution
Download and install a current version of Adobe Reader as described above.
Double-click on the saved application data and open the building application solution including all saved data. Select the PDF document again.
