On September 20 and 21, Prime Minister Adrian Hasler visited the largest German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). At the beginning of the trip, the Prime Minister met the President of the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, André Kuper, for a conversation as well as to sign the Golden Book of the Parliament. Kuper has a special relationship with Liechtenstein, because in his former function he was mayor of the city of Rietberg for many years.
