Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić visited Vaduz on 26 and 27 October 2023 to discuss Liechtenstein’s presidency of the Committee of Ministers. Besides various courtesy visits, she held working meetings with H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein, Prime Minister Daniel Risch and Foreign Minister Dominique Hasler. Also on the programme were talks with the President of the Liechtenstein Parliament Albert Frick and the Head of the Liechtenstein delegation to the PACE, as well as a speech by the Secretary General on the application of the Council of Europe’s values.
