How does an recruitment process work from a company's perspective?
At the «uswähla» workshop as part of BerufsCHECK 2026, pupils in the 8th grade in Liechtenstein gained a realistic insight into the work of HR professionals at the Office for Vocational Training and Career Counseling. The pupils reviewed applications, discussed strengths and potential and made decisions - just like in a real HR department.

The workshop impressively demonstrated that those who understand how companies think and what companies look for in applications have a clear advantage in their own apprenticeship search. This change of perspective not only strengthens understanding of the application process, but also improves your own chances of finding a successful apprenticeship.

With many "aha" moments and practical experiences, "uswähla" provides young people with optimal support on their way into the world of work.
