The railway line between Feldkirch and Buchs SG will remain closed until 14 October 2026 due to extensive construction work. The 18-kilometre route is undergoing a comprehensive modernization, including the replacement of bridges, the installation of modern railway technology, and the renovation of stations. During the closure, replacement bus services will operate in place of trains.
