Submission

The application requires a signature. This must be based on a registration made when calling up the form with "lilog" or the "eID.li".

The relevant data must be entered in the form and the application submitted electronically at the end using the "Send" button.

If you do not have "lilog" or the "eID" and are therefore unable to make an electronic submission, please go in person to the counter of the relevant office.

The form helps you to submit your application correctly by providing you with the relevant references to the guidelines directly in the form as well as detailed information texts (marked with an "i").

Please note that a submitted application cannot be amended retrospectively.
