Submission

The application requires a handwritten signature.

You can complete the application electronically and thus take advantage of the online form. After entering your application data, you must print out the application, sign it and submit it in paper form to the relevant office.

Among the reasons why an application cannot be submitted electronically are:

• The application must be signed by more than one person
• The application must be signed on behalf of one or more legal entities
• The application must be accompanied by original enclosures.
The application or an enclosure must be notarized.

The use of "lisign" and therefore electronic signing and submission is not possible for the following reason(s):

• The application requires multiple signatures

Prerequisites

 

An application must have been submitted in advance, and confirmation must be submitted after the event has taken place.
