Submission
The application can be submitted electronically without a signature.
General remarks:According to current legislation, applications must be signed by the person submitting the application. With a view to the greatest possible customer orientation and efficient and simple business processing, the office is dispensing with the signature in this case and instead offering the option of electronic submission using a form and without a signature. The signature can be requested subsequently if necessary.

Funding programs
1) The state may grant financial assistance to public or private institutions that implement programs to promote equality between women and men. It may implement programs itself.58
2) The programs shall serve the following purposes in particular:
a) Promotion of internal or external training and further education;b) improving gender representation in the various professions, functions and management levels;
c) Improving the compatibility of professional and family responsibilities;
d) Promoting work organization and infrastructures in the workplace that promote gender equality;
e) promoting, analyzing, monitoring and supporting the implementation of the principle of equality between women and men.593) Primarily programs with novel and exemplary content are supported. Direct funding of programs in companies is excluded.
Costs
On completion of the project, a final report must be drawn up and sent to the Equal Opportunities Unit together with the final invoice.
Date / deadline
Applications must be submitted in good time before the project is implemented.

Projects with innovative and exemplary content are primarily supported. Direct funding of projects in companies is excluded.
