Zur Abteilung Lebensmittelkontrolle und Verbraucherschutz gehören die drei Teams Lebensmittelinspektion, Messwesen und Analytik. Zur Abteilung Veterinärwesen gehören die drei Teams Lebensmittel Amtstierärztliche Kontrollen Tierschutz, Tiergesundheit Internationales und Hundewesen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch drei Stabsstellen Recht, Qualitätsmanagement und Interne Arbeitssi-cherheit und Sekretariat.
