In May 2026, a total of 214 brand-new vehicles, 147 of which were passenger cars, were registered for the first time by the Office for Road Traffic.
In order of the most registered passenger cars, the Skoda brand was in first place with 21 passenger cars in May 2026, followed by Opel with 19 and VW with 17.
67 were purely electric passenger cars, 48 were hybrid-electric passenger cars, 20 were petrol vehicles and twelve were diesel vehicles.
