Slight decline in overnight stays
In the 2024/25 winter season (November 2024 to April 2025), Liechtenstein hotels recorded a total of 36,489 guest arrivals and 75,983 overnight stays. Compared to the same period last year, this corresponds to a decrease of 5.7% in guest arrivals and 2.0% in overnight stays. With a 52.1% share of overnight stays, Switzerland was the most important country of origin (country of residence) for guests.
44,995 overnight stays were booked at hotels in the Rhine Valley during the 2024/25 winter season. The Alpenhotels in Steg and Malbun recorded 30,988 overnight stays.
