Is being a boss necessarily a full-time job? The belief that successful managers have to work full-time is persistent for a reason, as five out of six managers reported full-time employment in 2020. Nevertheless, the proportion has decreased slightly since 2010, i.e. part-time models in management positions are tending to become more common.
