Liechtenstein supports dialogues to reduce violence

The NGO “Dialogue Advisory Group” (DAG) promotes dialog to reduce violence in conflicts. DAG works together with a broad network of international institutions, in particular the International Criminal Court (ICC).

In this regard, DAG uses its contacts to work towards the transfer of defendants to the ICC. DAG also prioritizes the inclusion of female peace mediators. In order to promote the complex barriers to women's access to mediation, DAG is guided by the UN Security Council's “Women, Peace and Security” agenda. Liechtenstein is supporting DAG with CHF 100,000 in 2024, enabling DAG to continue its dialogues in Ethiopia, Chile, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Colombia, Libya, Mozambique, Sri Lanka, Sudan and Venezuela in particular.
