Communication takes place constantly, and public statistics must address not only how data is collected, analyzed, interpreted, and disseminated, but also how to best communicate the statistical information and the underlying process. In early October, the Office of Statistics welcomed Prof. Tractenberg to discuss the topic of “Communication of Public Statistics” and worked with her on current issues in two workshops.
