In December 2024, a total of 235 brand-new vehicles, 161 of which were passenger cars, were registered for the first time by the Office for Road Traffic.
In order of the most registered passenger cars, the Audi brand was in first place with 26 passenger cars in December 2024, followed by VW with 21 passenger cars, Toyota with 17 passenger cars and Volvo with 13 passenger cars.
55 were hybrid-electric passenger cars, 52 were purely electric passenger cars, 35 were petrol vehicles, 18 were diesel vehicles and one passenger car was recorded in the other hybrid category.
