In 2022, the state spent a total of CHF 10.9 million on Premium Reduction Bureau payments to health insurers. Compared to the previous year, total expenditure has therefore fallen by 1.6%. In contrast, the number of recipients increased by 0.2% to 4,908 people in the same period. An average of CHF 2,213 in Premium Reduction Bureau benefits was paid out per eligible person.
