The national consumer price index (CPI) remained unchanged in March 2025 compared to the previous month at 107.5 points (December 2020 = 100). Compared to the same month of the previous year, inflation was +0.3%. These are the figures from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO). The Swiss consumer price index is published monthly by the Office for Statistics for Liechtenstein.

The price stability compared to the previous month is the result of opposing developments that have offset each other overall. Prices for package tours abroad, newspaper and magazine subscriptions as well as clothing and shoes have risen. On the other hand, prices in the para-hotel sector and rents for private transportation fell, as did prices for fuel and heating oil.
