How does security policy impact the lives of young people – from conflicts and new technologies to climate change? And what role can youth play in peace processes and European security? To find answers to these questions, Finland, in collaboration with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), invites young adults from Liechtenstein to apply for the Youth Forum 2025.
The forum will take place on July 29 and 30, 2025, in Helsinki. Young representatives from OSCE participating states will discuss security policy challenges and develop recommendations for the OSCE Youth Agenda. The outcomes will contribute to an OSCE-wide Youth, Peace & Security (YPS) Roadmap, strengthening cooperation among OSCE states.
Apply by April 20, 2025!
Who can apply?

• Interest in peace, security, human rights, and international cooperation
