The EEA EFTA States Norway and Iceland in 2021 maintained high spending on State aid to tackle the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the EFTA Surveillance Authority’s (ESA) latest annual State Aid Scoreboard. Liechtenstein, in contrast, continued to grant low amounts of State aid.
