Despite all checks, it can happen that an incorrect figure ends up on the statistics portal. What happens then? Is the error tacitly corrected? Is a flimsy excuse provided? Is the error left on the portal in the hope that nobody will notice? Will the error simply be overwritten with the next publication? Are all errors handled in the same way?
