The tasks of the Civil Engineering and Geoinformation Office are carried out in cooperation with the following agencies:

Federal Office of Topography, Berne

For the areas of geodesy and land surveying, there is close cooperation with the Geodesy Division of the Federal Office of Topography. The Federal Directorate of Cadastral Surveying (V+D) is responsible for checking and verifying the official cadastral survey.

Private surveying offices

The work for the official cadastral survey is entrusted to licensed surveyors. This also includes the updating and preparation of changes. One surveyor's office per municipality is responsible for updating. Information on responsibilities for the individual municipalities can be found here.

The surveying offices are also authorized to provide the data of the official cadastral survey.
